Steven is the CEO of M2T, CenturyTech, and Lynasty Group and leads all areas of the business across the globe. Steven has been in office since 2009 and has expand the business into 4 offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Boston and Auckland. In 2017, Steven decided to move the HQ of CenturyTech to Boston, USA.
Since joining CenturyTech, Steven has been responsible for driving and diversifying various businesses to professional levels. He has built up the leadership team which reshape the recruitment industry using new techs and tactics. His experience exceeds 15 years of expanding recruitment businesses internationally as well as the development of leaders and employees
Mark is a strategic thought-leader when it comes to human capital needs bridging across industries, sectors and geographies. Proactive and Entrepreneurial in nature, Mark takes pride in creating an environment for clients where people are centric to the success and growth strategy of the company.
Starting his career in Australia in both Defence and Hospitality, gave him insight into how human capital can be nurtured and embraced in a forward-thinking industry. From there he has embarked on a journey across Asia Pacific in pursuit of knowledge relating to talent, people and engagement. Having lived in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong over the past 16 years working across both APAC & Globally talent focused roles, Mark has developed an acute understanding of the importance of people, culture and employee engagement.
With exposure to all core areas of Human Capital but with a leading focus around talent and engagement, Mark strives to build scalable, innovative and meaningful programs that provide a measurable positive impact to all employees.
Ricky has been with CenturyTech since 2018. Ricky has appointed in various senior roles in Digital Banks and Tech companies. Ricky brings in high tech approach of sourcing and selection, together with his board network in the Asia Pacific.
In our HR Forum in Auckland, Ricky has mentioned “the tech industry in the Pacific is still booming and many companies are moving to implement Video conferencing, blockchain, API and AI solutions. Talents and in high demand.”
